It all started with SilverSneaker classes. Then I went on to one day/week training individually with Michelle. Now it is 3 days/week focusing on my individual needs as a person with Parkinsons. We work on balance, gait, posture, coordination, strength and more. All of this helps me fight Parkinsons and slows the progression of the disease. It is also a very fun way of challenging yourself
